Stage 1: Research

Delivery, sharing, and discussion of complex, multi-perspective, information

Stage 2: Discussion

Contributors experiment with creative responses and performances to express and communicate their ideas

Stage 3: Performance

After rehearsals and coaching, the community of Fourth Responders makes their ideas public with presentations and performances
